The staff here are very friendly, and the food choices are outstanding, making for a fabulous experience; the location is perfect and nice, being relatively close to a large public plaza.

Great location if you want to explore Queen Street. The double room has been recently redone and is a good size. The service is on point, plus they throw in free parking 🅿️.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers; the staff was extremely helpful and attentive; and the central location was convenient.

The rooms here are super tidy, plus the bed is like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. It's crazy how convenient the location is – you can literally just take a quick walk to Viaduct Basin.

We got a room with walk-in showers. Queen Street was so close to the hotel, loved its location to landmarks...

Its location really close to a public square was perfect. The restaurant here was comfortable with chef's from Japan, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The hotel is fantastic and attractive, nestled in a very good building with city views. the property provides very good service. - the venue has a fantastic setting in Auckland Central Business district, a short walk to the airport express bus stop, return to airport, and shopping venues. - Distance to a restaurant takes 300 meters.

Tidy, brand-new hotel, I liked lovely modern and well laid out rooms and hospitable staff. Booked a room with magnificent views of downtown. The location was amazing and fantastic, just a short walk away from Skytower.

I had an amazing stay at a fantastic hotel in a great area of the city. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, especially food places. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with very comfortable beds. I loved the fact that my room had a kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing meals. The hotel also offered basic facilities on the upper floors, which was a nice bonus. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a refreshing juice. the hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

The beds where extremely comfortable and the rooms where very confortable. Liked the little kitchen area and this and the bathroom where well stocked.

Clean room, affordable and centrally located. All requests were granted: extra duvet, extra towels, retrieving GPS from valet parked car. All around good.
